Guests choose a date, a time and their party, pay by card and get an email as soon as they have paid. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and Odybook takes no commission on it.
Odybook handles the part between “I want this tour” and “the money is in my account”. You decide which extras guests can add, whether a guest service fee applies, and how refunds work. Payments are made directly on your Stripe account, so you keep the customer relationship and see every payout in Stripe.
A booking flow built around your rules
Guests see only the dates and times you can actually run, based on your schedule, capacity and cutoffs. They pick a slot, enter the number of guests in each category, add any extras and pay by card. An email goes out to the guest as soon as the payment succeeds.
For each experience, you choose how bookings are confirmed. With instant confirmation on, a paid booking is confirmed on the spot. With it off, you review each new booking and confirm it from your dashboard, so you approve every departure yourself. Every booking is saved inside a transaction that locks the slot and checks capacity again, so the last seat cannot be sold twice.

Payments with 0% Odybook commission
Odybook charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0% commission on your bookings. Card payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account. Stripe deducts its own processing fees, and you see them line by line in your Stripe dashboard.
For bookings taken by phone or email, generate a payment link and send it to the guest. Refunds can be full, a percentage, per item, a custom amount or store credit, and you can decide whether to pass on the processing fee.

A booking widget for the website you already have
Already have a website? Copy a short HTML snippet from your dashboard and paste it into any page. The widget shows your tour, its availability and a book button, and it resizes itself to fit the page.
You can choose the tour, the language, the size, two brand colours and a card or minimal layout, and preview the result before copying the code. When a guest clicks book, checkout opens in a new tab on a secure Odybook page, and the payment itself is processed on Stripe's hosted checkout.
On the Agency plan you can remove the “Powered by Odybook” mention from the widget.

Comfortable on a phone
Most guests book from their phone, often on the day they travel. The booking pages are responsive, and the contact fields use the right keyboard and browser autofill for email, name and phone.
Stripe's hosted checkout handles the payment step. It can offer wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay when you enable them in your Stripe account.
Add-ons, promo codes and gift cards
Raise the value of each booking with add-ons such as lunch, tickets or transport, which guests can select during checkout.
Create promo codes for partners or campaigns. A code can be applied automatically from a link, so a partner can share a URL that already includes their discount.
Issue gift cards from your dashboard, for example for a hotel concierge or as a goodwill gesture, and guests redeem them at checkout.

Does Odybook take a commission on my bookings?
No. Odybook charges a flat monthly subscription and 0% commission on bookings. Stripe charges its own card processing fees, which you see in your Stripe account.
Who holds the money from my bookings?
You do. Payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank account on your Stripe schedule.
Are bookings confirmed automatically?
If you want them to be. Turn on instant confirmation for an experience and every paid booking is confirmed straight away. Leave it off and you confirm each booking from your dashboard, while the guest is told it is awaiting your confirmation.
Can guests pay a deposit and the rest later?
Not today. Online bookings are paid in full at checkout. For bookings you take by phone or email, you can send the guest a payment link.
